The staff in the office and the parking attendants were super friendly.
The parking fees stunk.
Convenient location. Quiet property, clean spacious room
Did not like the outside parking concession that charged extra for parking. This was a major rip-off!
Your front desk staff are great and provided good information. You should promote you right in front of Disneyland
The spa was down and cold, you had to pay for parking an if there is valet parking spot there should be post signs ??? Do not get that one.
Close to Disneyland. Clean.
Breakfast minimal. Parking cost extra and we were to have car out of lot at checkout, which defeated the purpose of staying across the street from Disneyland.
Location and value. Very clean and comfortable. Having someone in the parking lot 24/7 was very reassuring. Rooms were quiet and very large with a refrigerator and microwave. We were there 5 nights and enjoyed our stay.
The location was very close to Disneyland park.
Rooms were adequate. Not the best, nor the cleanest. Walls were VERY thin. I could hear the person in the next room dialing his phone. Not comfortable at all.
Stayed at Del Sol because it is directly across the street from Disneyland. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was polite and professional. Had all the amenities we needed. Fridge, microwave, and the all important coffee pot. Had built in hair dryer too.
Water temperature kept changing when you were in the shower. It would change from just right to cold and you had to step away from the water until it heated up again. Took longer than usual to shower.
The front office person,TJ, was great. Helpful and very friendly.
The continental breakfast was not good. Bland cereal and stale danishes. I would have liked more variety. fresh fruit, better cereals etc.
Within budget and super convenient to Disney park. The kids can come back to take their nap. Denny's is close by and fed us well.budget minded families should really take advantage of this inn.
It is directly across the street from Disneyland...but choose a neighboring hotel.
The facility is tired but fairly clean. The problem with our experience was the bed. It was so extremely hard (like a box spring, not a mattress) we could not sleep. I literally got 2 hours of sleep all night. The other odd thing was when we arrived our family of four was given two cookies as a welcome gift. 4 people, 2 cookies. I thought "hospitality industry" would mean they know the basics of hospitality. When I asked for 2 more cookies the clerk said not to tell anyone else he had given them to me. At checkout I was asked how I was and when I explained I had not slept at all because of the bed the clerk said nothing at all. No apology, not a word. After a pause I was asked if I'd like my charges on credit card, check, or cash. No concern at all of our lousy night! Great hospitality!!
The location is great quick walk to Disneyland
I stayed in other hotels right next door to this one and although this is a few dollars cheaper they charge for parking and your not able to park there on the day you leave so we had to move our car and pay for parking again which makes the cost more than the other hotels in the area. Also the breakfast was poor.
We were received by friendly staff. Were early for check in so they stored our luggage for us until we came back for check in and also at check out . The room was what I had expected. clean and tiddy. and was cleaned daily by a very good cleaning staff.
It offers a nice getaway feeling with it being tucked away behind other hotels on Harbor Boulevard. It was close to Disneyland and offered free breakfast and the room was nice and mostly clean.
The website did not tell us there was a hairdryer in our room and we did not know we had to pay for parking each day. That was not specified on the website either.
We have stayed at the Del Sol Inn off and on for over 30 years, First with our children, now with our grandchildren. It is consistently a comfortable convenient place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Like an old friend of the family. We will keep returning.
It had great location, right next to Disneyland. The rooms were great for the price. I would stay again, the service was friendly.
The only bad thing is not enough parking, we had to wait until someone left to park our car.
